When should I reach out to you?

Earlier the better, so we're able to get you on our production schedule. At the very latest, please reach out 4-5 weeks out, which gives us a week or two to discuss specifics of the design! If you need a rush order, please reach out to hello@alyssaamezdesign.com prior to purchase.


How many revisions are included?

Each Custom Seating Chart includes one round of revisions to ensure all wording, layout, and color selections feel just right before approval. Additional revisions beyond the included round are always welcome and billed separately, should you wish to explore alternate design directions or further adjustments.

Additional revisions are billed at $50.00 per revision. 

What request would be considered a custom upgrade?

Any changes to the size (not listed), shape (custom cuts, edges, etc.), or additions to the design elements outside of the scope of project will incur that custom fee. The fee will depend on the custom upgrade and communicated to you upon request.

How do I know if you're available for my date?

You can always reach out to us at hello@alyssaamezdesign.com to confirm that we're able to provide on-site delivery and installation. 

Please note, AAD has a delivery minimum of $750. If you'd prefer to pick it up and forgo on-site services, we'll coordinate a date for a mid-week pick-up from AAD's studio. Or if you prefer delivery, we suggest coupling this item with a Custom Welcome Sign.

How do I know if I need one or two boards?

We suggest that if you have a guest list of 200+, two, 36" x 72" boards work best. If you have a guest list of 100 - 200, one or two, 36" x 72" boards and/or a smaller, 24" x 60" board will work.

Regardless, AAD loves 2 or 3 boards put together.

What does the backside look like?

Please note, digitally-printed foam boards are a one-sided print, leaving the back "blank" or the color of the board itself.
